Pure Balance Psychotherapy is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Blue Choice PPO, Anthem PPO, Optum / United Healthcare PPO, and Cigna PPO plans. We are not in-network with any HMO plans at this time.

We are more than happy to verify your benefits to make you aware of any copays or deductible responsibilities.

We recommend that you also call your insurance provider prior to your first appointment to be informed of potential costs.

If using out-of-network benefits, the full payment is due after the scheduled appointment time. We will gladly send you a statement to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
