  • Yes! In-person sessions are offered on Mondays and Fridays at this time. The office location is 1700 W Irving Park Road, Chicago, IL 60613.

    The office is conveniently located by the Irving Park Brown Line CTA stop and there are several bus routes along Irving Park Road. There is also parking available for free on the building side of Irving Park Road. There are other parking spots available for a small fee.

  • Yes! Telehealth services are available at your convenience. The platform used for video calls is Simple Practice, which is a HIPPA-compliant platform.

  • Sessions are typically 53-57 minutes for individual or family sessions. When working with teens, at times the session will be split 50/50: seeing the teen for the first half and the parents for the remainder.

  • We’re happy to hear that you’ve decided to start your journey. The first session feels more like a “get to know each other” conversation. Your clinician will ask questions to gain a better understanding of your experience and therapeutic needs. We encourage you to ask your clinician questions as well!
